Enterprise evidence looks different: cross-functional accountability, capital and resource trade-offs, board and investor exposure, succession and organisational design, and decisions made under incomplete information.
Where that evidence exists in your history, it must be surfaced deliberately. Where it does not yet exist, positioning should be honest about the trajectory rather than overstate it.
