Joshua O. CareerForge provides resume writing, executive career positioning, LinkedIn optimization, executive biographies, career coaching, and job-search and application assistance.

The scope of each engagement is the deliverable list shown for the package you select, as confirmed in writing before work begins.

Published prices apply to the packages as described. Custom engagements are quoted individually based on scope, complexity, seniority, number of deliverables, research requirements and timeline.

Payment terms, method and schedule are confirmed in writing before work begins. Monthly job-search engagements run month to month and can be ended at the end of any monthly period.

Revision rounds are stated on each package. A revision round means consolidated feedback returned in one set, addressed in one revised draft.

Requests that change the agreed target role, career direction or document type after drafting begins may be treated as new scope.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Documents are written from your record; nothing is invented, embellished or attributed to you without your confirmation.

For job-search services, you approve target criteria and applications, and you handle all interviews, negotiations and employment decisions.

No ethical career service can guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, or compensation. CareerForge focuses on improving the quality, strategic positioning, clarity, and presentation of your professional profile and career search.

Your documents and career information are confidential. They are not published, displayed in the portfolio, or shared with third parties without your explicit permission.

On completion of payment, the final documents produced for you are yours to use. Website content, frameworks and writing samples remain the property of Joshua O. CareerForge.
