This website does not require an account and does not store enquiry data on the site itself. The contact form prepares an email in your own email client; nothing is submitted to a server here.

When you contact Joshua by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Upwork, the information you choose to send — including your name, contact details, career history and any documents — is received through that channel.

Resumes, biographies, references and related career documents frequently contain sensitive personal information. They are used only to deliver the service you have engaged.

Career documents you provide are never published on this website, never displayed in the portfolio, and never shared with third parties without your explicit permission.

Portfolio and website examples are illustrative writing samples or anonymised, permission-based examples. They contain no client names, employers or identifying details.

If you are conducting a confidential search, say so at first contact. Correspondence, documents and any progress records are handled accordingly, and your engagement is not referenced publicly.

Working files are retained only as long as needed to complete the engagement and any agreed revision rounds, plus a short period afterwards in case you request the final files again.

You may request deletion of your documents and correspondence at any time by emailing the address below.

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not sell any data. Any hosting-level logs exist only for basic security and availability purposes.

You control what you share. You can decline to provide any specific information, ask how something will be used, or ask that a particular detail not appear in your documents.
